The project will investigate pathways that are differentially expressed between prostate carcinoma-adjacent fibroblasts between African Americans and European Americans, with a goal of developing therapeutic interventions, and identifying biomarkers of progression.
Applicants should be experienced with more than one of the following: Bioinformatics for sequencing/pathway analysis, cell culture, and high-throughput RNA or DNA sequencing.
Potentially interested candidates should send a CV so we can initiate a detailed discussion. Send your CV to Dr. Michael McClelland at email@example.com.
